Requirements
• STPM – Minimum CGPA of 2.00 and full pass in 2 subjects, with at least one in the field of Islamic Studies; or
• STAM – Minimum grade of Maqbul (Pass); or
• Diploma in Islamic Studies – Minimum CGPA of 2.00; or
• Matriculation/Foundation in Islamic Studies – Minimum CGPA of 2.00.
All about the program / introduction of the program
The Bachelor of Islamic Da’wah (Preaching) program offers undergraduate studies at the Bachelor’s level with a full-time study duration of 7 semesters, or three and a half years. The main medium of instruction is Malay, with English and Arabic also used for certain courses. The total credit hours required for the program is 122. Credit exemptions/transfers may be granted to diploma holders from KUIPSAS, other higher learning institutions, and STAM graduates, subject to terms and conditions.
Teaching and learning are conducted through lectures, tutorials, and practical sessions.
This program aims to produce well-rounded graduates who master the fundamentals of Islamic Da’wah, integrated with various branches of Islamic knowledge such as Aqidah (Creed), al-Quran, al-Hadith, Fiqh (Jurisprudence), Sirah (Prophetic Biography), Tasawwuf (Spirituality), and communication skills.
